Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

A leading plaintiff's law firm specializing in personal injury litigation, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from inception through trial, including client intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to client service and advocacy.
