Individuals who apply should have experience: advising and representing employers and/or governments in areas of employment, labor, and municipal law; appearing before administrative agencies and/or courts on behalf of employers and governmental clients; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; representing employers in labor arbitrations; handing Open Meeting and Public Record matters; and preparing personnel policies and conducting employment investigations.
