You will actively handle all aspects of a client’s case, including communicating with parties, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials. Familiarity with Family and Criminal Law is highly desirable. Overall, this position is intended to be a challenging experience for someone looking to be a highly effective attorney.
