This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in Traffic Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Defense, who thrives in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will actively manage and direct a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide expert legal advice. Why join us? Health Insurance Dental Insurnace Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a busy case load, including but not limited to, traffic cases, criminal defense cases, and other related legal matters.

Represent clients in court, making regular court appearances and providing passionate advocacy. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.

Develop and implement case strategies in consultation with clients and senior attorneys. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases. Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management and efficient office operations.

Participate in trials, presenting evidence, and arguing cases persuasively. Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethics and professionalism. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Attorney, Defense Lawyer, or in a similar role. Active member of the Wisconsin Bar. Proven trial experience and strong court appearance skills.

Extensive knowledge of traffic laws, criminal laws, and criminal defense strategies. Exceptional advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively. Excellent case management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
