The successful candidate will be primarily focused on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on plaintiff representation in cases involving abuse and harassment. This role will involve a significant amount of court time, including depositions and hearings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for justice, a tenacious spirit, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession. Responsibilities: 1. Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, from initial consultation through trial. 2.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using both established and innovative methods. 3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements. 4. Represent plaintiffs in cases involving abuse and harassment, ensuring their rights are protected and justice is served. 5.
Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, effectively advocating for your clients and presenting compelling arguments. 6. Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and prepare for trial. 7. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil litigation. 4. Proven experience representing plaintiffs in cases involving abuse and harassment. 5. Extensive courtroom experience, including conducting depositions and participating in hearings. 6.
