We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing legal advice and support to a wide range of clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil Litigation and Corporate Law, with a proven ability to manage complex legal cases and deliver results.

The role requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Why join us? Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and corporate law matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.

Provide strategic legal advice to corporate clients on a range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts and agreements. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure the effective management of cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients.

Adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with all professional responsibilities and obligations as an attorney. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and corporate law. Proven track record of managing complex legal cases and achieving favorable outcomes.

Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and apply complex legal concepts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.

High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
