The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of litigation including commercial, class action, securities, fiduciary duty, consumer, and civil rights. The candidate must possess excellent legal research skills and be adept at drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, mediation statements, and settlement agreements. The role also requires proficiency in e-discovery, large-scale discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trials, and court hearings.

Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in client communication, case strategy, and negotiations. This position requires admission to the State Bar of Tennessee and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Why join us?

Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing a diverse caseload of commercial, class action, securities, fiduciary duty, consumer, and civil rights litigation matters.

Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, mediation statements, and settlement agreements. Participating in e-discovery and large-scale discovery processes. Conducting depositions, arbitrations, trials, and court hearings.

Communicating effectively with clients and developing case strategies. Negotiating settlements and agreements in the best interest of the client. Maintaining compliance with all state or federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must have the following: A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of Tennessee.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial, class action, securities, fiduciary duty, consumer, and civil rights litigation. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. Extensive experience in e-discovery, large-scale discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trials, and court hearings.

Exceptional client communication skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective case strategies. Strong negotiation skills.
