Conduct thorough and precise legal research and analysis. Demonstrate the ability to comprehend intricate legal issues or swiftly acquire a comprehensive understanding of them. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations found in legal documents.

Investigate complex legal issues and formulate and execute innovative legal strategies, especially in emerging or novel areas of law. Review and authorize files, pleadings, settlements, and other legal work products generated by paralegals and legal assistants. Provide support in litigation as needed, including post-conviction relief.

Travel for USCIS interviews, court hearings, trainings, and meetings as required. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university. Possession of a valid license and current membership in the bar in any U.S. state.

Five or more years of legal experience as a licensed attorney. Preferably, prior supervisory or management experience. Preferred but not required:
