Option to work fully remote or hybrid in their Orange County, CA office. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of litigation experience with experience in one or more of the following areas: Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto.

Responsibilities: Manage assigned cases Handle cases from inception to conclusion Take and defend depositions Make court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Qualifications: Trial and pre-trial experience preferred Strong research and writing skills Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Licensed to practice and in good standing in CA Base Compensation Range 140k-185k Excellent Monthly & Annual Bonuses Benefits Hybrid or Fully Remote.
