Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney in First Party Property Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Handling a wide array of insurance claims and disputes related to First Party Property Insurance. 2. Providing expert legal advice to clients regarding their insurance policies, claims, and disputes. 3.

Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in complex insurance disputes. 4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in disputes related to First Party Property Insurance. 7. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney - First Party Property Insurance position should have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing. 3.

A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably specializing in First Party Property Insurance. 4. Proven experience in handling insurance claims and disputes. 5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes effectively. 6.
