Job Description: We are a growing trust and estate boutique law firm seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team.

In this role, you will primarily manage probate and trust administration cases, along with some estate planning matters and litigation related to probate and trust administration. No prior experience in this specific field is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. As an Associate Attorney, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Associate Attorney and a Partner Attorney, gaining invaluable experience and mentorship.

Over time, you will take on the primary responsibility for managing these cases independently. Our firm emphasizes a team-oriented approach, ensuring that multiple people are involved in each case while you serve as the primary responsible attorney for many of them. Additionally, once fully trained, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance and contributions.

Key Responsibilities: Independently manage probate and trust administration cases Work with Senior Associate Attorney on complex probate and trust litigation cases Conduct legal research and analysis Provide legal advice to clients Represent clients in court proceedings Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel Advise clients on the merits of their cases Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and court personnel Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative Willingness to learn and adapt to firm policies, procedures, and specialized practice areas Training and Work Schedule:

This position requires approximately six months of training, during which the new associate will shadow the Partner Attorney. This will involve traveling between our offices in Tustin, Corona, and our newly partnered location in Riverside. Following the training period, the position will transition to our Corona office, with the option for a hybrid remote schedule, as arranged with the Partner Attorney.
