Associate Attorney

Hawkins Parnell & Young LLP is seeking California licensed litigation attorneys for their Los Angeles office. A successful candidate will enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish, as well as an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators.

Responsibilities include:

• Defense litigation

• Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation

• Research into complex litigation areas

• Take and defend depositions

• Prepare and argue motions

• Active California Bar license required
