Our firm is actively seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing legal representation to insurance companies across a spectrum of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, liquor liability, and other relevant areas. Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a motivated and client-centered Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of two to three years of experience in insurance defense, including trial experience. The ideal candidate thrives on taking cases to trial and possesses strong legal acumen. As a key member of our team, the Associate will collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies, conduct research, and handle various legal documents.

Responsibilities: Represent insurance companies in diverse civil litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, and liquor liability. Conduct thorough research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys to formulate and implement effective legal strategies.

Manage cases from preparation through trial, ensuring adherence to deadlines and high-quality representation. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Effectively manage caseloads, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in the law. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2-3 years or more of hands-on experience in insurance defense, including trial experience. Strong research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated organizational prowess and effective time management.
