This onsite, full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and exciting clientele, providing expert legal advice and representation in a range of family law matters.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the outcomes of critical cases, with a focus on estate planning and probate, divorce, and other aspects of family law. This role is ideal for a passionate, dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families navigating complex legal landscapes. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.

Conduct legal research and draft complex legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and other legal papers. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests. Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations related to family law. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic counsel and maintaining open lines of communication. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, contributing to the firm's overall success.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Illinois State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, with a particular focus on estate planning and probate, and divorce.

Proven track record of representing clients in family law matters, with demonstrable success in negotiation, mediation, and litigation. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet strict deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
