We are seeking a California-barred Personal Injury Defense Attorney to work remotely, with occasional client visits as needed. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in insurance defense, construction defect, or personal injury litigation.

You will handle all phases of defense work, from pleadings to trial preparation, with a strong focus on client communication and case management. Responsibilities: Handle personal injury defense cases from start to finish Prepare legal documents, conduct discovery, and draft motions Attend virtual court hearings, depositions, and mediations Travel for occasional in-person client meetings or court appearances Collaborate with legal team and support staff remotely Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license At least 1 year of relevant experience (insurance defense, construction defect, or personal injury) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits: Competitive salary, flexible remote work schedule, health insurance, and performance-based bonuses.
