Associate Attorney Casualty

Elite Sourcing LLC is partnering with a renowned law firm specializing in first party, casualty law. They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. As an Associate Attorney focusing on casualty law, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters related to personal injury, premises liability, and other casualty claims. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to specialize in casualty law and advance their legal career.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the chance to contribute to challenging and high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on casualty law matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials.
• Stay updated on changes in casualty laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in casualty law.
• Strong knowledge of casualty law and legal principles.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy skills and ability to effectively represent clients in court.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
