Associate Attorney

Trust & Estates Attorney Career Consulting Partners has partnered with the biggest firm in Pasadena, CA with over 30 attorneys. We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney with over 5 years of experience in California litigation to work in out Encino, CA location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate disputes, a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases, and the skill to navigate all stages of litigation with a defense perspective. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Handle a full caseload of trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Develop and execute case strategies, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Provide insightful, defense-oriented analysis and recommendations to clients on complex legal issues. Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on cross-disciplinary cases when trust and estate matters intersect with other areas of corporate law.

Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on legal and strategic matters. QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar. 5 years of experience in trust and estate California litigation Proven ability to manage complex cases. Strong understanding of California Probate Code and relevant tax laws. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Experience with corporate clients or high-net-worth individuals in trust and estate litigation. Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation and arbitration.
