Associate Attorney

Law firm in Logan seeks motivated associate attorney with 1 years experience. Must be licensed to practice in Utah, a member in good standing with the Utah State Bar, and have a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Candidate must possess: -Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.

• An ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to develop and maintain productive working relationships, lead, and motivate legal team to achieve results. Duties include independently managing caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients, providing timely reporting, drafting/opposing motions, appearing at depositions and various court appearances, and working closely with other attorneys, Partners, and staff on matters.
