How you'll make an impact

The Associate handles the most complex customer inquiries or issues, providing product expertise and advise to clients and customer service staff. Support the Northeast Market Development Team with sales and marketing-related research, writing, and project management. This is an entry level role.

  • Assist in developing and acquiring new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
  • Develop and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture.
  • Use data mining tools to research prospects and synthesize findings
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns
  • Develop basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within industry and organization.
  • Track campaign responses
  • Scrub prospect lists for bad data
  • Assist with pitch decks
  • Assist client executives with account planning (e.g., research and enter data into account planning templates; attend meetings and distribute notes/populate template)
  • Assist with event planning and logistics

About You

Required:

  • Bachelors degree: Minimum 3.0 cumulative college GPA, Business, Technology or Quantitative Disciplines
  • Experience in understanding and applying the value derived from marketing streams
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong demonstrated writing skills, particularly must be able to write effective, professional e-mails and other forms of written business communications.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Must commit to and embrace the Company's operating values of honesty, integrity, respect for others and the spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
