Job Description
Must have Skills :
Coordinate Recruitment Processes
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Candidate Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management:
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.
Onboarding Assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Compliance and

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
