The Associate IT Analyst (Digital Channels) is responsible for maintenance, development, and implementation of Mobile Applications. This position works on various mobile app projects, provides technical support and guidance with an objective of providing technical solutions and innovative approaches to meet the business requirements.


  • Design and build advanced applications for the Mobile platform

  • Implement user interface designs provided by UX team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

  • Work closely with product management to build roadmaps and deliver upon them

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

  • Strong experience with Ionic and Capacitor frameworks

  • Good knowledge of the Apple and/or Google publishing workflows and store environments

  • Experienced in Mobile UI, layout, Networking, Persistency, Performance, Push Notifications, Concurrency, Offline Storage and Security

  • Follow DEVOPS methodology and use respective tools.

  • Develops, maintains, and updates system design documentation including functional/technical documents, solution architecture documents, data flow diagrams and unit test documentsetc.

  • Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, organizational skills and ability to perform efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or closely related discipline, and one year of related field or IT equivalent work experience required.

Technical Competencies Required:

  • Experience with iOS app development

  • Experience with Android app development

  • Experience with xCode, Android Studio, emulators.

  • JavaScript programming using Angular, Node, and Hybrid App debugging via Safari, Chrome

  • Github

  • Experience with Firebase analytics, crashalytics, RemoteConfig, etc.

  • Knowledge of NPM package publishing and React

  • Experience using Cordova, ionic and bash command line tools

  • The latest Xcode, xcodebuild, application loader experiences.

  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs including plugins.


  • 1 years of IT experience, in mobile apps designing, development, testing, and support experience.

  • Experience with programming is highly desirable.

  • Experience with database systems preferred.

  • Experience with software debugging preferred.

  • Experience integrating multiple open-source software's/applications is preferred.

  • Broad knowledge of SDLC and DEVOPS methodologies
