Associate Analyst, Business Operations

Position Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide analytical support and assist in administrative functions related to business operations processes. As a member of the Business Information Team within AMDC Operations, this position will interface with internal, field and field leadership teams to provide analytical and administrative support as required. This position will support in processing commissions by maintaining organizational tools and will be responsible for supporting other administrative functions including third party web-based systems used by the field team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the creation and management of various reports, trackers and processes such as commissions analytics, compensation plan drafting and other ad hoc reports.

• Troubleshoot inquiries regarding web-based reports used by the field and internal teams.

• Assist in the distribution of commission plans and track acknowledgments.

• Support the process related to field team account alignments and quota assignments.

• Validate commissions statements, reports and processes.

• Assist with global forecasting and management-by-objective (MBO) based commissions.

• Create and manage existing Microsoft Forms surveys.

• Partner with developers to manage projects requested of the Business Information Team.

• Perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Forms, Power BI, PowerPoint and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, experience with Excel dashboards.

• Must be highly organized and resourceful.

• Ability to lead and execute.

• Possess strong problem solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Ability and willingness to meet critical deadlines independently.

• Strong work ethic, team player, and self-motivated.
