ONSITE AT ARI- will be onsite for orientation their 1st day
Standard business hours/ 8-5 (flexible)
As the candidate for this largely laboratory-based position, you will be responsible for analytical support and technology development impacting process and product development teams.
You will work cross-functionally and across Process Development sites as you use analytical science to help drive efficient development and scalable understanding of processes and products.
Minimum Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical, Life Sciences or related technical discipline.
Experience with analytical lab equipment including pH meters, lab scales, pipettes
Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and electronic laboratory notebook
High energy individual who can multi-task and handle a fast-pace, dynamic work environment
Min 0-2 years' experience performing analytical testing.
Perform routine analytical assays as required
Prepare buffers as required and general laboratory housekeeping activities
Experience with analytical lab equipment including pH meters, lab scales, pipettes
Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and electronic laboratory notebook
High energy individual who can multi-task and handle a fast-pace, dynamic work environment
Operate specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities including buffer preparation, ordering chemicals and consumables, receiving samples
Complete training on assigned tasks
Comply with safety guidelines and site specific procedures which include but is not limited to, the maintenance of training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems and laboratory log books
Basic Qualifications
0+ Years w/ Relevant BS OR equivalent 2+ Years w/ Relevant AS OR equivalent 4+ Years w/ HS Foundational knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts to perform routine work in a role.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Background in Biology, Life Sciences, Chemistry or related
Familiarity with general benchtop lab equipment (pipetting)
Ability to read and follow procedures
Out of school is ok
Buffer prep support is the main priority of the role
Day to Day Responsibilities
Buffer preparation and documentation in an electronic lab notebook
Receipt of samples from customers
Chemical lab sweeps for expired materials
Possible routine analytical testing, either HPLC or ELISA
Pay Rate between $20 - $21/Hr on W2 based on experience."This posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE"
