The primary purpose of this job position is to oversee the Orchard Wood Health Center (OWHC) operations in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director, provide Community Support and administrative services to assure that the organization is operating effectively and efficiently. The OWHC is defined as Assisted Living Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing/Skilled Rehab. Assist department leaders in the development and use of departmental policies and procedures, and establish a rapport in and amongst departments

Interpret the OWHC 's policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary

Represent the OWHC in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third party payers, or provide an authorized representative of the OWHC when unable to attend such meetings

Make routine inspections of the OWHC to assure that established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed

Oversight for OWHC surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies and ensures horizontal accountability for all other departments as required for the survey process

Board of Directors Liaison; communicate directly with board members, prepare agendas and materials prior to meeting, take minutes, coordinate and manage other applicable confidential processes.Work with Executive Director to identify, develop, and implement operational business systems, processes, and policy in support of NLCS mission specifically support management reporting information flow, monitor key metrics, and organizational planning. Review and develop a plan of correction for deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provides a written copy of such plan to the governing board and others as required

Supervise Administrative Assistant, Concierge Team, and Salon vendors.The OWHC medical director reports directly to this position especially in the day to day clinical oversight of the OWHC Leads the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action to correct identified quality deficiencies

Assist in preparing an annual operating and capital budget for approval by the governing board and allocates resources to carry out the programs and activities of the OWHC Reviews and interprets monthly financial statements and provides such information to the executive director and governing board Job Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration is required; Master's degree preferred Must possess and maintain in accordance with state of practice law, a valid Nursing Home Administrator's license, or eligible to sit for the Nursing Home Administrator's license, or be active in an Administrator-In-Training program with the requirement to obtain one's Nursing Home Administrator's license within 6 months of completing one's AIT program. Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation

We're looking for an experience CMMS Administrator to establish, maintain, and ensure consistent application of the CMMS in a newly completed records facility. Responsibilities: * Oversee the development and management of the CMMS system including record keeping for preventive/predictive maintenance programs, repair programs, and quality control programs * Act as the first point of contact with the client regarding service calls and the first point of contact with the CFS staff regarding work orders * Assist the Operations Manager with all reporting including: weekly progress meeting, monthly governmental reporting, quarterly principals' meetings, client surveys and all other communication reports * Assist the Operations Manager with all financial reporting, monthly owner invoicing, monthly job status reports (JSR), all subcontractor requisitions, all invoices, and employee payroll * Assist the Operations Manager with the development and processing of all change orders * Organize the document library inclusive of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, MSD data, etc. * Assist with monitoring and ordering spare parts and materials * Assist the Operations Manager with the pursuit of new work in the form of technical submissions and bid assembly * Create and update various spreadsheets using Excel * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Minimum two (2) years experience as an Administrative Assistant with business and financial management experience * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and able to learn and become proficient in the ARCHIBUS Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Ability to read and interpret documents such as operation and maintenance manuals, instruction manuals and safety manuals * Must be flexible and willing to take on unexpected and /or unanticipated assignments as needed * Dependable and timely * Customer oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and daily interaction with multiple customers * Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance * Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 25 lbs * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred #LI-LG1-CK Clark Construction Group, LLC, (subsidiaries and affiliates) is an equal employment opportunity ("EEO") employer.
