Associate Account ManagerTheAssociate Account Managerwill serve as a supporting role to the Enterprise Sales/Account Management Team. OurAssociate Account Managershelp drive revenue, provide business support and help support our Senior Account Managers in cultivating high level executive relationships with our customers, and giving themthe best possible servicewe can offer.

The primary goal of this role is to provide our publisher customers with a quicker, more efficient and effective account support, whilst streamlining learnings across the entire Enterprise Team. In this role, we are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual, with a skill for multi-tasking and a zest for knowledge.About the team:The Enterprise Account Management team is a highly revenue-driven, result oriented sales team that manages our most strategic publisher accounts. Our focus is to help our publisher clients to maximize the full potential of their inventory capabilities through our cutting-edge technology solutions, strategic business consulting and positioning ourselves as strong thought leaders in the industry. The team is very focused on fostering and growing our publisher client relationships to help them meet their commercial objectives, as well as ours and become a valuable partner to them, as our partnerships expand.About thejob:Support Enterprise Team in handling day-to-day external operational requests to ensure quick response to clients

Assist in data collaboration for client QBRs and strategic initiatives

Provide support in handling internal operational tasks and projects, including reporting, data gathering and problem resolution

Serve as internal cross-functional liaison for enabling our customers with top class support and account maintenance

Assist Enterprise Team in monetization projects, to assess pockets of revenue opportunities

Aboutyour skillsand experience:BA/BS degree required2-3 years of relevant job experience; work in SaaS and/or AdTech a plus

Capable of gaining a deep understanding oftechnology enabled advertising

Proven ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing data

Ability to multi-task and work on deadline driven projects

As product and industry experts, our Account Managers are strategic assets to their merchants. They focus first and foremost on understanding the unique needs of a merchant and delivering insight and solutions that meet those needs. As such, they accept end-to-end ownership of the success and satisfaction of the merchants in their care. What you'll do: * Relationship Management: Build and drive strong relationships with key merchant contacts and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience. * Strategic Consultation: Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy. Also provide a feedback loop for Adyen, by gathering merchant's feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel. * Portfolio Growth: Grow our relationship and business with assigned merchant accounts to help them grow, while also meeting our strategic and financial targets. * Project Management: Collaborate with Adyen personnel and resources on internal and customer facing projects.
