The Work You'll Do:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Associate Account Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts by assisting in closing transactions and ensuring customer needs are met promptly and effectively. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in enterprise sales, with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role.

More specifically you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate the closing of transactions.

  • Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

  • Update contracts and agreements as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate meetings and communication between customers and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including preparing sales documents and reports.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is desirable but not required.
