The Associate Account Executive will drive new revenue bookings through acquiring new accounts within their region. A successful candidate will have the capability to quickly learn Crown Castle's product set and differentiators, develop sales targets, network with peers, and strategically close new business.
Identify new sales targets and prospect into each account
Develop strong customer relationships
Effectively build and manage sales pipeline through the Crown Castle CRM
Manage the flow of an order from selling to implementation
Cultivate internal relationships across departments within Crown Castle
1 Year of Enterprise sales or business development with quota accountability
Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial drive
Proven experience in hunting; unearthing new business and account development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented, with a desire to grow a career in sales
Team player capable of working on a close-knit team
Experience in selling to enterprise accounts
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
BA/BS degree required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
