Job Description:

Mattel is looking for a candidate interested in challenging, real-world experience in their field of study. A position has been created to support a growing need for Business Report creation from existing Product Development data stores within the Product Development organization, working under the direction and guidance of experienced engineers.

This job will include the following:

  • Support Mattel Product Development processes by staying connected to the business and managing changes or adjustments to reporting use and systems/tools.

  • Support the implementation of new product development ad-hoc data queries and data mining from various systems, as well as training to improve our understanding of data and accelerate our R&D capabilities. This is a direct support role to the Global Brand teams.

  • Create and Provide Development reporting in support of key initiatives. (e.g.; Master Data Management, Digital Design & Development, Schedule Milestone Adherence, Product Portfolio Metrics)

  • Support the maintenance of reporting standards including updates and additions.

  • Support reporting activity by maintaining standards around report use, re-use, and data archiving and access to historical and current information.
