Project Moonwalker is a new digital ventures unit dedicated to creating consumer facing businesses that unlock opportunities in the medical aesthetics category. The team will act fast on consumer trends and behaviors, innovating new technologies to transform the way consumers engage with medical aesthetics. The unit will continue to launch new ventures and pilot programs, helping the medical aesthetics business to drive results and ultimately, re-imagine the future of Allergan.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Associate Dir level) who will evangelize and inspire healthcare and beauty service providers to partner with us on the next venture we'll be launching in early 2019.
Cultivating key beauty service & healthcare provider relationships that drive participation, revenue and strengthen the brand
Develop and execute local outreach strategy for signing up new beasuty service & healthcare providers and market expansion nationally
Maintain pulse of key markets to continually identify new partners to collaborate with
Execute against targets identified by the leadership team to ensure timely commercial launch
Full-cycle selling (includes: research, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, negotiation, deal execution and relationship management)
Oversee national outreach efforts, including coordinating with practices consultants in other markets
Manage necessary legal and compliance requirements and processes for provider sign-up
Manage sales team of approximately 4 indviduals
Minimum 7 years sales, preferably selling into the medical aesthetics space
Ability to work in a fast paced, start-up environment
Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills, willing to coordinate/manage own time
Knowledge and passion for the medical aesthetics and beauty marketplace
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Expert in building and maintaining strategic relationships
Established network of healthcare providers and influencers in the medical aesthetics space
