1.Serve as strategic partner and learning advisor to Corporate Functions globally. Cultivate deep business knowledge to inform learning strategy.
2.Assess learning needs and devise flexible, scalable solutions to create demonstrable business impact. Measure and report results and adapt as necessary.
3.Partner with subject matter experts and resources, both internally (e.g.; Global Learning, CLS, etc) and externally (e.g.; vendors, etc), to implement and deploy learning solutions. Prioritizes work based on business needs.
4.Oversees learning content for area of responsibility. Manages Assignment Profiles and curricula, driving consistency across sites and functions.
5.Provide administrative oversight, manage budgets and timelines and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and SOPs; may manage or mentor junior staff

Biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
Masters or doctorate in Business, Learning, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience) or BA/BS Degree with sufficient experience. Consultancy experience is required.
