Associate Director of Wellness Services
The Associate Director of Wellness Services manages the internal operations, ensuring well-being programs, initiatives, and services align with unit strategic priorities
Day to Day for this position:
Oversee day to day operations and develop and maintain internal budget
Manage, report and publicize Student Well-being's progress toward the achievement of unit division and university objectives
Participate in planning of bi-annual National Health Assessment
Review data and implement evidence-based strategies
Provide supervision to unit staff

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health promotion/education or a related field and 3 years experience; or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and 5 years experience in well-being management
Experience with counseling clinical skills.
Grant writing experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge and ability to apply relevant theories and research (to include modern health educational and worksite wellness practices and theories).
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Intermediate desktop publishing, word processing and spreadsheet skills necessary.

To include provider evaluation, program assessments, utilization reporting, and other assessment methods.
Develop reporting and marketing communications related to evaluation findings.
