The Associate Director of Clinical Marketing Operations and Insights leads efforts to enable consumer engagement, community interaction, and team process across the clinical marketing organization using advanced marketing tools and analytics. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing strategies, tactics, and operations in close collaboration with other Associate Directors of Clinical Marketing and marketing and communications team members to accomplish goals of growth, loyalty, and awareness. The role will integrate consumer segmentation, marketing automation, advanced marketing and reputation management technology platforms, campaign/ad platforms, and agile project management methodologies to build and enhance return on marketing resources, alongside a deep dive into consumer insights to inform and guide marketing decisions. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required; plus 5 years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communication skills also required. Master's degree in Business Administration or related area preferred.

Preferences
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a people management role over marketing operations and/or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on consumer insights and data analysis. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM/CDP tools (e.g. Salesforce, Acquia, Hubspot) as well as digital project management tools (e.g. Asana, Workfront, ClickUp) is essential.
Exceptional analytical abilities combined with a strategic mindset, capable of leveraging consumer insights to build and execute on effective marketing strategies.
Experience in employing agile methodologies to enhance project management and team efficiency.
A commitment to detail and quality, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly.
Outstanding communication skills, vital for leading the team, collaborating across departments, and presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders.
An understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly in patient engagement, privacy considerations, and consumer behavior is preferred.
