Job Overview

Accountable for the planning, execution and measurement of a portfolio of projects and programs to the client's satisfaction, ensuring strategically-aligned, quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Understands client's needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients resulting in trust and respect

• Develops forecasts, reports and communications effectively with a high level of accuracy and oversees invoicing

• Develops and delivers formal and information client presentations, as well as provides on-site client training when necessary

• Facilitates project reconciliation, and prioritizes & responds to customer requests

• Leverages formal channels and informal networks to successfully manage and achieve goals, and resolve account challenges

• Serves as the client's contact for their assigned brand(s), home office and/or business unit across client

• Develops and delivers client reports

• Leads meetings with assigned client

• Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations

• Identifies growth opportunities with assigned client

• Acts as liaison with Services, Finance and PD departments to meet client's needs

• Can work independently and with little direction. Direction and teamwork will be expected based on complexity of project(s)

• Perform analysis of client data points and provide recommendations for improvement in processes

• Directs others through clear communication and ability to cross functionally manage effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Req

• Five (5) years relevant speaker bureau meeting management experience
