Job Overview

Accountable for the planning, execution and measurement of a portfolio of projects and programs to the client's satisfaction, ensuring strategically-aligned, quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Understands client's needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations

  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients resulting in trust and respect

  • Develops forecasts, reports and communications effectively with a high level of accuracy and oversees invoicing

  • Develops and delivers formal and information client presentations, as well as provides on-site client training when necessary

  • Facilitates project reconciliation, and prioritizes & responds to customer requests

  • Leverages formal channels and informal networks to successfully manage and achieve goals, and resolve account challenges

  • Serves as the client's contact for their assigned brand(s), home office and/or business unit across client

  • Develops and delivers client reports

  • Leads meetings with assigned client

  • Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations

  • Identifies growth opportunities with assigned client

  • Acts as liaison with Services, Finance and PD departments to meet client's needs

  • Can work independently and with little direction. Direction and teamwork will be expected based on complexity of project(s)

  • Perform analysis of client data points and provide recommendations for improvement in processes

  • Directs others through clear communication and ability to cross functionally manage effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Req

  • Five (5) years relevant speaker bureau meeting management experience

Associate Director, Offering Management IQVIA Commercial Compliance is seeking a highly motivated, passionate individual to drive the evolution of their product within the market. Responsibilities * Collaborate with sales, implementation, support teams, and account management teams to support customer initiatives thru the full client life cycle from sales to ongoing support. * Represent the product organization with client discussions to deliver an understanding of product capabilities and product vision. * Participate in client discussions to understand client business processes and technology needs to drive feature development within the product. * Collaborate with Legal and demonstrate solid understanding of global compliance rules with respect to engagements and meetings to ensure product capabilities align compliance needs. * Define and roll out base configuration and accelerator strategy to all downstream teams. * Responsible for documenting and building a repository of global compliance rules guidelines and associated configuration guidance for consuming downstream teams. * Demonstrate ability to influence external teams and support translation of client business process needs using existing product features. * Build strong relationships and partnerships with implementation teams to ensure use of best practices. * Responsible for understanding common client/implementation needs and challenges and enabling accelerators to reduce costs. * Participate and contribute to the road map development and release planning cycles. * Actively support ongoing release cycle including design reviews, sprint demos, and UAT.
