In this role, you have the power to shape the future of the facility, advocate for residents' needs, and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare. Schedule: Monday–Friday, working 8:00am – 4:30pm and requires you to be on call 24/7.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Housing, Health Care, or a related field. At least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a housing, service or health related facility; two (2) years of that in a director capacity in one of the services provided in a typical SilverCrest community.
