Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, Physical Therapy Program & Director Of Clinical Education

Develop, monitor and refine the clinical education component of the DPT program, to include establishing and maintaining clinical sites and clinical relationships, coordinating clinical placements for students and ensuring excellence in clinical education. Communicate effectively between the academic program, the faculty, the clinical sites and the students to ensure all stakeholders have current knowledge of the program, and its mission.

Ensure all stakeholders are aware of the health care changes that affect clinical practice and education and resolve any issues that may arise between students and other stakeholders.In coordination with the program director, maintain an appropriate teaching schedule that includes the clinical education courses.Develop or continue an appropriate scholarship agenda and service to the University, College, Program and/or community, in coordination with the program director.Provide leadership to individuals and groups. Accountable for developing and implementing operational plans and policies. Supervise up to 3 individuals.
