The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington invites applicants for tenure-track/tenured open rank positions (i.e., at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank) in the Strategic Management area, to begin fall 2025.

Basic Qualifications

A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management and Entrepreneurship (i.e., Strategy, or related field) and strong records (or promise of a strong record in the case of the Assistant rank) in both research and teaching are required.

Before a conditional offer of employment with tenure is finalized, candidates will be asked to disclose any pending investigations or previous findings of sexual or professional misconduct. They will also be required to authorize an inquiry by Indiana University Bloomington with all current and former employers along these lines.
