The Department of Kinesiology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Teaching responsibilities would include, but not be limited to coursework in exercise physiology and strength and conditioning.
Additional responsibilities would include engagement in scholarly activities, promotion of student research, student mentorship, and service to the university and community. This position has the potential for leadership at the program and departmental level. Priority will be given to applicants with CSCS certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include:
Professional and academic experience in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, or closely related field
PhD in Kinesiology or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching experience at the collegiate level
Experience in both traditional and online instruction
Professional certification of a CSCS through NSCA
Methodist University
