Job Summary/Basic Function

Responsible to the Vice President Business & Finance to direct, plan, administer, coordinate and control human resource functions for the University. Areas of responsibility include Employment, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field.

Required Related Experience

Eight years of full time professional administrative experience.

Desirable Related Experience

Management experience in higher education administration preferred. Masters degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
