Assistant Vice President of Developmental & Cognitive Services

We are seeking for an Assistant Vice President for our Developmental & Cognitive Services Division!
In this vital role, the Assistant Vice President of DCS manages and directs the operational aspects of the division.

Required Skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and motivate others, as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills (in the English language)
Ability to make effective public presentations
Demonstrated skills in training and leadership of program staff
Demonstrated high-level skills in treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and regular access to reliable transportation
Flexible schedule required for occasional evening and weekend hours/Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary.
Required Experience
Master's degree in a related field required.
7 years related experience including at least 5 years in a supervisory and management capacity
At least 2 years of field experience in residential services
