Work Shift

1 - First Shift

Are you the type of person who possesses an in-depth understanding of treasury products and best practices, looking for an opportunity to grow and learn by leading complex, cross-functional treasury-related projects, and wanting to actively contribute to the overall success of a reputable, global equipment manufacturer? In this role you will assist with leading a Treasury team that strives to deliver world-class treasury and financial solutions. You will also be assisting in the implementation of Treasury strategies which ensure maximization of our investment earnings, while maintaining sufficient capital to support the company's ongoing, operational needs. We're looking for someone with the desire to continue growing their knowledge of the corporate treasury function through experiential learning, while working alongside senior finance leadership.

What You'll Do

1.Facilitate global, banking relationships, including identification and selection of banking product solutions, contract negotiation, securing corporate lines of credit and credit agreement covenant compliance.

2.Assist senior finance leadership in strategically optimizing corporate liquidity and working capital.

3.Oversee consolidated, cash flow forecasting efforts to ensure adequate sources of funds are available to meet ongoing cash needs of the Company.

4.Ensure optimization of the company's financial risk profile through overall financial risk management, including the hedging of foreign currency.

5.Oversee cross-functional treasury project implementations.

6.Direct, monitor and administer the daily, cash management operations of the Treasury team, including management of cash applications.

7.Provide guidance and recommendations regarding policies and procedures, as they relate to cash and treasury-related activities of the Company.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field with a minimum of seven years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.

• Ability to deploy and lead all areas of Treasury activities, functions, and systems.

• Robust problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze data and take appropriate action quickly through use of innovative skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of treasury team, vendors, management and customers.

• Familiarity with foreign currency and related hedging activities is preferred.

Travel

• Occasional travel is expected of this position.

Work Location

ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
