Assistant Tour Manager
The Assistant Tour Manager's primary responsibility is to support the Tour Manager in the management and execution of Jack Morton's mobile marketing experience. This person will work closely with the Tour Manager to ensure seamless delivery during the tour duration.
This Role reports to the Jack Morton Princeton Project Management Team. The Assistant Tour Manger will promote NY State attractions and destinations to consumers at events in the Northeast. New York State residents with experience in the upstate market are preferred but not required (there will be formal training on the state and its assets before the tour starts).

To build on the success of the 2018 program, ESD is continuing the I LOVE NY Tour for the sixth year during the 2019 Summer/Fall Season. The 2019 I LOVE NY POD is New York's very own mobile "Welcome Center". The I LOVE NY POD is full of different activations designed to engage with consumers and promote tourism throughout the state of New York.
The tentative plan is to start pre-event training the first week of May and then proceed directly to a 5-month tour (end of May/beginning of June to End of September/Middle of October)
Hours of operation are TBD may be as much as 6-day workweek. Assistant Tour manager is expected to be on call at all times, even during days off.
