Duties include scheduling of short and long-term activities and projects and ensuring smooth work flow; taking care of all standard correspondence and financial reimbursements when required; and communicating on behalf of the Director of Marketing with internal and external constituencies. The incumbent will also perform work in support of unit Directors within the department. In addition, incumbent will work on special projects and events that benefit the department as a whole and serve as a fully functioning team member of the Marketing Department Percentage of Time:100 Shift Start:8:00 am Shift End:5:00 pmQualifications for Position

The incumbent will lead a team of analysts and specialists responsible for managing the F&T business performance reporting and process improvement program, supporting data-driven decisions about service allocation and systems modifications, and operating the university motorpool program. All business decisions are made with careful attention to F&T's "three pillars" of sustainability: Environmental, Organizational, and Financial.
