Job Description Job Description Office Manager Assistant This position will be working very closely with the Office Manager to assist in the office with a variety of duties for a Financial Company. They must have strong experience working with Microsoft EXCEL and WORD.

Looking for A go-getter who is motivated, hard worker and interested in learning about the financial industry. They will see a recent college grad with experience working during college. LOYALITY is very important to this company.

They will assist with administrative duties. Keep track of schedules, post payment schedules, invoices, answer phones in the office and assist with legal write ups. Someone who is very good with computers and understanding technical issues.

Overseeing routine and advanced duties for other professionals. Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents. Managing calendars, sorting mail, and preparing invoices.

Handling general office tasks and administrative duties. Providing support to managers, employees, and office visitors.
