Coordinate activities of theater staff to ensure efficient operation, promote patronage of theatre and provide a positive guest experience.
Monitor staff adherence to IFC Center and AMC Networks values and policies, and ensure proper training of all staff members.
Monitor ticket sales.
Cash and inventory control.
Prepare theater schedules.
Supervise floor Staff.
Supervise theater maintenance between shows.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
2 to 3 years of experience in the theater industry.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment while managing staff.
