About the Position: Seeking Assistant Superintendent or Foreman ready to step up to lead Superintendent role properly supported. As Superintendent you will be overseeing the work of subcontractors, schedule material and labor, inspecting quality workmanship, and overseeing field safety and operations. Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experience. • 5 years of trade leadership experience or assistant Superintendent, or relevant field-management of commercial construction projects. • Prior project experience within the ground up commercial, office, and/or healthcare sectors. • Historically successful managing subcontractors, material suppliers, governing agencies, and design team. • Proven track record of establishing project schedules, including critical milestone dates; and managing the schedule, holding all project stakeholders- Owner, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors accountable for on-time performance.
