Assistant Superintendent - Human Resources

The Liberty Union High School District is seeking an Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. This position is vital to supporting our district's commitment to fostering a positive, supportive and effective working environment for both certificated and classified staff. LUHSD is on a modified traditional schedule with an enrollment of approximately 8300 students and 800 staff members. Initial interviews will be held in-person on August 2, 2024.

Requirements:-Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible Administrative experience preferably in secondary education (Must hold Clear Administrative Services Credential)-Strong knowledge of California Education Code/Employment laws and HR best practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
