POSITION:

Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Personnel

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate should exhibit the ability to lead a dynamic, caring and dedicated staff, on a district-wide level, towards continuous improvement of teaching and learning. The responsibilities of this position include hiring and management of certified personnel, supervision of administration, oversight of elementary education and other district-wide programs.

The successful candidate should possess prior administrative experience, demonstrated district leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and the technology skills necessary to promote educational excellence.

(092) Intermediate Administration or Supervision certification is required.
