They focus on Commecial, Healthcare, Municipal, Historical Renovation, Religious, Retail, Aviation, Educational, and Industrial projects up to $100M plus and will partner with some of the largest GC's in the area on high-profile projects.

This company has a great reputation for taking care of it's employees and they offer a family-like culture. Job Description Construction Assistant Superintendent (SE Michigan) will be responsible for: Supporting the superintendent in overseeing daily operations on construction sites.

Ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets by monitoring progress and addressing delays or issues promptly. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Assisting in managing personnel on site, including laborers and subcontractor teams.

Enforcing site safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Conducting quality inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed to uphold construction standards. Assisting in the preparation of reports, documentation, and progress updates for project stakeholders.
