Assistant Superintendent

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing and managing job-site construction activities for the physical construction of new Apartment Home Projects. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. Duties include:

• Supervise the activities of any punch-out staff and laborers hired for the completion of the project.

• Manage all framing-related work.

• Coordinate and schedule all material deliveries from lumber packages to trusses.

• Coordinate and hold weekly meetings for lumber orders.

• Ensure that delivery tickets are stamped, coded and processed properly as they are received from shipments.

• Manage and coordinate with other assistant superintendents regarding the siding and all flashing details to be installed before siding.

• Coordinate other assistant superintendents on all waterproofing-related items and close out prior to siding installation.

• Manage all framing punch lists.

• Manage all fur downs required for HVAC or decorative.

• Responsible for their subcontractors daily clean up

• Manage weekly updates as related to framing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in construction management preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software is desirable.

• Knowledge of Procore Construction Management software is a plus.
