Description:

Our client is looking to add an assistant superintendent for a large multiyear project at Turf valley golf club/resort. This position will be supporting the lead super on a 5 building apartment project.

Will be responsible for:

subcontractor management

material ordering

blueprint reading

assisting in budget and schedule management

Interior and Exterior construction oversight

Skills:

Construction, Commercial construction, General contractor, Subcontractor management, Osha 30, Tenant improvement, Safety, Superintendent, Procore, Site construction, Project scheduling, Rfi, Mixed use

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience using computer softwares for project schedule and daily reports.

understanding of local permit and building codes.

multifamily construction experience
